GAMA commissioned an accounting firm to compile the report, which is created four times a year by our guitar manufacturer members. This report helps our Membership to analyze trends in sales. The categories include Acoustic Guitars, Acoustic/Electric, Electric Guitars (Solid Body), Electric Guitars (Hollow Body), and Electric Basses (Solid Body). Of course any numbers a company gives are anonymous. The sales figures of an individual companies is never divulged, only industry totals are published. These reports give our Membership a cutting edge over the rest of the industry. By receiving these reports you get help analyzing your trouble spots, identifing your strengths and initiating new marketing strategies. And it's not only a great resource for our guitar and amp manufacturers, but for our accessory manufacturers as well.
